I've spent most of my life around weddings. Not because I was chasing the perfect wedding—but because I've always been fascinated by what makes a wedding unforgettable.

I was a flower girl four times, a bridesmaid seven times, a maid of honor twice, and yes...I've even been a bride twice. Add more than 15 years in the wedding industry, and it's safe to say I've seen a thing or two.

I've watched dresses tear minutes before the ceremony, boutonnieres disappear, timelines unravel, and yes...even a bride break her ankle on the dance floor.

But I've also learned something I didn't expect. I've experienced what it feels like to plan a wedding around expectations, and I've experienced what it feels like to plan one around us.

That difference changed the way I think about weddings forever.

Today, when I sit down with a couple, I'm not just looking at invitations or color palettes.

I'm listening for the moments when they light up. The stories they tell. The traditions they want to keep. The dreams they're almost afraid to say out loud because someone else might not understand. Because I've learned something after hundreds of weddings. The couples who enjoy their wedding the most aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the most elaborate details.They're the ones who never lose sight of each other.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I believe every couple deserves the space to discover their own.

My hope is simple: that years from now, when you look back on your wedding day, the things you remember most aren't the flowers or the timeline.
