At QueenBee Design Studio, I balance creativity with structure to make the stationery process seamless—for both you and your couple. While each design is highly personalized and crafted with care, behind the scenes is a smooth, well-organized workflow built on timely communication, clear expectations, and dependable follow-through.
From the first email to the final delivery, my goal is to enhance the planning experience—not add to the stress. Here’s a look at what it’s like working with me:
1. Inquiry & Discovery
It starts with a quick inquiry form where couples share their needs, timeline, and overall vision. I follow up with a consultation (via email or Zoom) to align on creative direction and determine how I can best support their celebration.
2. Custom Proposal
Couples receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, estimated timeline, and investment. Once approved, a 40% retainer secures their spot in my design calendar.
3. Design Direction
I craft a creative brief and mood board to ensure alignment on tone, color palette, and materials. This serves as a visual foundation before moving into design.
4. Proofing & Revisions
Digital proofs are shared in rounds, with space for thoughtful edits and collaboration. I guide couples through this process so decisions are clear and efficient.
5. Production & Finishing Touches
Once finalized, suites are professionally printed on premium papers with options like letterpress, foil, metallic ink, wax seals, or layered textures. I also source postage that pairs beautifully with the suite design.
6. Assembly & Mailing
I offer full-service assembly and mailing—ensuring each invitation arrives beautifully packaged, perfectly presented, and right on schedule.
7. Keepsake & Photographer Suite
Each order includes a keepsake suite for the couple to treasure, along with a stand-in suite designed specifically for styled flat lays and photographer use on the wedding day.
