1. Inquiry & Consultation

We begin with an inquiry form and consultation to discuss your vision, priorities, and the atmosphere you want your wedding to reflect.

2. Proposal & Booking

A custom proposal is created outlining your collection, investment, and timeline. A retainer officially reserves your place on the design calendar.

3. Creative Direction

From color palette to print finishes, a creative direction is curated to ensure every detail feels cohesive and intentional before design begins.

4. Design & Proofing

Digital proofs are shared for review and refinement, allowing space for collaboration while keeping the process clear and effortless.

5. Production

Suites are professionally printed and finished with carefully selected materials and embellishments — including letterpress, foil, wax seals, layered textures, and specialty papers.

6. Assembly & Mailing

Each suite is assembled with care and prepared for mailing to ensure every guest receives a beautiful first impression.

7. Keepsake Suite

Every collection includes a keepsake suite for you to treasure, along with a photographer styling suite designed for flat lays and wedding day details.
